Shipping Policy

Processing Time | Shipment processing time is a maximum of 6 weeks including all orders processing period which is a week.

Delays | Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays and if there is a high volume of orders, customers will expect delays of no more than 7 days. Tove Eats will communicate any delays or changes with schedules to customers.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates | Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method | Covid-19 has affected shipping and we only ship to one Pacific island once a month. 

Estimated delivery time | Delivery estimates will be provided at check out and also emailed to customers.

Shipment cost | Shipment cost will be calculated at check out and copies will be emailed to customers

*Disclaimer | Tove Eats is not responsible for any shipping related matters, and any failures to shipping services will be addressed to shipper, also bearing in mind there is a shipping location limit and customers are responsible for all cost, and Tove Eats is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.

Shipment to addresses | All shipment will be confirmed to address provided by customer and will be shipped to ports in that address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking | Customer will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number will be forwarded once orders have been loaded.

Customs, duties, and taxes | Tove Eats is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages | Tove Eats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Routes | Shipping is available for the following Pacific Islands, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, PNG Outports, Vanuatu, Noumea, Fiji, Western Samoa, Tonga, American Samoa, Tahiti, Thailand, Indonesia, New Zealand.

Schedules will be provided by shipper and also at check out.

Refund Policy

Refunds | Thanks for shopping at Tove Eats, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For refunds, you must contact accounts@pacificimports.online and explain the situation you are facing with the product. You will be given directions to how you can return the product you purchased from Tove Eats

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping | You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
